Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from DharulDawa come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Medicines are sourced from licensed manufacturers and meet Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board standards.

What's Covered

Products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or expired are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

What's Not Covered

Products that have been opened or used, damage from improper storage, or change of mind after purchase. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed.

Making a Claim

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if covered.
